Handling training & development activities wherein the responsibilities are to Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs across regions.
Involved in designing, developing and delivering soft skills training.
Adept in Timely development of training calendar, evaluation of training effectiveness on a timely basis & Mapping and monitoring training budget.
Playing a key role in identifying training needs and preparation of training modules (Behavioural and soft skills), calendar, schedules and batches for imparting training on various topics including measurement of effectiveness.
Designed & developed a basket of training modules.
Record Keeping/ MIS Management: Designed the format for maintaining training coverage details & handled updations.
